VA Overview:
We are sourcing a reliable and detail-oriented
Virtual Assistant (VA). The VA will assist in managing various tasks related to acquisition, research, lead management, and administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate, investing, or in providing virtual assistance to real estate professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Property Research: Perform in-depth property research, including zoning details, county regulations, market trends, and due diligence reports.
CRM Management: Organize and update leads, manage follow-up tasks, and maintain consistent communication with clients and prospects within the investor’s CRM.
Data Entry & Organization: Input and manage important land and property data, owner details, and contract information accurately and efficiently.
Communication: Handle emails, phone calls, and inquiries from sellers, buyers, and other stakeholders on behalf of the investor.
Contract Support: Prepare and organize documents, contracts, and purchase agreements for land transactions.
Transaction Coordination: Help manage the closing process, working with title companies and ensuring a seamless transaction for all parties involved.
Qualifications
We train all VA's on LeadBossCRM and other Investing Due Dilegence Tools
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.
Familiarity with land acquisition processes, skip tracing, and real estate marketing techniques is a plus.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with real estate CRM systems.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Experience with skip tracing tools and online property research platforms.
